This website is operated by Buildvix Venture LLP ("Buildvix", "we", "us"), a construction company based in Chinchwad that works exclusively in Pune. We are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

By using this website or sharing your details with us, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

We only collect what we need to give you an estimate and build your home:

• Contact details: your name, mobile number, email address and WhatsApp number.
• Project details: plot location, plot size, floor plans, budget, package preferences and site photographs.
• Documents you share for approvals and contracts, such as property title documents, 7/12 extract, ID proof and PAN.
• Payment details needed to raise invoices and process stage-wise payments. We do not store card or net-banking passwords.
• Website usage data such as device type, browser, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

• To contact you about your enquiry and prepare a construction estimate.
• To design, get approvals for, build and hand over your project.
• To send site photos, progress reports, inspection reports and payment-stage updates.
• To raise invoices, collect payments and meet tax and legal obligations, including GST.
• To improve our website, services and AI-assisted estimating and tracking tools. Where we use your project data for this, we remove details that identify you.
• To send offers or updates about Buildvix, only if you have agreed to receive them.

When you submit a form, message us on WhatsApp or call us, you consent to us using your details for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawing consent will not affect anything we did before you withdrew it, but we may not be able to continue a project without the information needed to carry it out.

We never sell your personal data. We share it only when needed to deliver your project or when the law requires it:

• Architects, structural engineers, contractors and material suppliers working on your project.
• Government and municipal authorities such as PMC, PCMC and PMRDA, for building approvals.
• Banks and payment providers, to process payments.
• Service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting, CRM, messaging and analytics providers, under confidentiality obligations.
• Courts, regulators or law-enforcement agencies, when required by law.

We use reasonable security safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections, to protect your data. No system is completely secure, but we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India of any personal data breach as required by law.

We keep your data for as long as your project and warranty period last, and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting or legal requirements need. Enquiry details that do not lead to a project are deleted within [12 months].

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
• Ask us to correct, complete or update your data.
• Ask us to erase your data when it is no longer needed, unless we must keep it by law.
• Withdraw consent you have given us.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become incapable.
• Raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if it is not resolved.

To use any of these rights, contact our Grievance Officer (below). We will respond within [30] days.

Our website uses cookies to remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but some features may not.

If you submit an enquiry, we may call you or message you on WhatsApp about it, even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call registry, because you asked us to contact you. You can ask us to stop marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or writing to us.

Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
