These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of www.buildvix.com and any enquiry you make with Buildvix Venture LLP ("Buildvix"). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Buildvix provides design, approval support and construction services for residential and commercial buildings, exclusively within Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad. We do not accept projects outside this area.

• Package prices shown on this website are per sq. ft. of built-up area and are indicative. [GST is charged extra at the applicable rate.]
• Your final price depends on your plot, design, soil conditions, approvals and chosen specifications, and is fixed only in the signed construction agreement.
• Online calculators, AI-generated estimates and quotes given over the phone are for guidance only and are not binding offers.
• Allowances for items such as tiles, doors and fittings are stated per sq. ft. or per unit. If you choose items above the allowance, you pay the difference.

Each project is governed by a separate written construction agreement signed by you and Buildvix. It sets out the scope, specifications, price, payment schedule, timeline, warranty and other terms. If anything in these website terms conflicts with your signed agreement, the agreement prevails.

• Payments are made in stages as set out in your agreement, after each stage is completed and inspected.
• A booking amount of [X% of the estimated project cost / ₹____] is payable to reserve your project and start design work.
• Late payments may pause work, and the timeline will be extended accordingly. [Interest at __% per month may apply on overdue amounts.]
• All payments must be made to Buildvix's official bank account. Never pay cash to any individual on site.

We use the brands listed in your agreement. If a listed product is unavailable, we will offer an equivalent or better alternative of similar value and use it only with your written approval.

• Provide clear legal title to the plot and the documents needed for approvals.
• Give us safe, unobstructed access to the site and arrange water and electricity connections unless the agreement says otherwise.
• Respond to design approvals, change requests and payment requests on time.
• Pay any government fees, taxes, betterment charges or deposits that are not included in the agreement.

Your agreement states the expected completion time. Timelines are extended for delays caused by events outside our control, including heavy rain, natural disasters, epidemics, government orders, strikes, material shortages, delayed approvals, late payments or changes you request.

[If Buildvix causes a delay, compensation is payable as set out in your agreement.]

Structural and workmanship warranties are provided as stated in your agreement. [Structural warranty: 10 years on foundation, columns, beams and slabs. Workmanship warranty: 1 year from handover.] Fittings and appliances are covered by their manufacturers' warranties. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised alterations, poor maintenance or natural disasters.

All website content, including text, graphics, logos and the Buildvix name, belongs to Buildvix and may not be copied without permission. Drawings and designs prepared for your project may be used by you to build and maintain that project only. [Buildvix keeps the right to show photos of completed projects in its portfolio without revealing your personal details.]

We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Buildvix is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Our liability for a project is limited as set out in that project's agreement.

The website may link to other websites, such as WhatsApp, maps or social media. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle any dispute through discussion. If that fails, the courts in Pune, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction. [Project disputes are resolved as set out in your agreement, which may include arbitration seated in Pune.]
